We received a copy in exchange for an honest review.

"Prentiss Puckett is certain of three things:
-Graduation is two weeks away.
-Summer only gets hotter in south Mississippi.
-She’s getting a job with air-conditioning.

She did not expect to be kidnapped walking to work.

And she never expected to become a hero."

In the third volume of the Behind The Stars series, Harvest Moon, we get flashbacks on Prentiss' life before captivity. We were feeling disconnected with the characters in the first volume, but the flashbacks of Prentiss' life helps fill in the voids.

Prentiss and Gallatin are spending a lot of time together and find themselves escaping to a nearby creek on a daily basis. As Prentiss spends more time with Gallatin she tries to get pertinent information from him, but she hasn't gotten much of anything except questions. She's also finding that she enjoys spending time with Gallatin and that the feeling is mutual. When Gallatin starts to open up to Prentiss, it's not exactly the answers she was looking for and Prentiss starts to feel guilty.

When D'Lo asks Prentiss what she's learned from Gallatin, she doesn't have much to offer, fearing that if she says the wrong thing she will lose her friend. Prentiss then tells D'Lo that she has become sort of friends with Gallatin, but D'Lo is quick to remind her that even though Jackson made mistakes, he has always had her back and that Gallatin is the enemy.

Does Prentiss feel the same about Gallatin? What mistakes could Jackson have made? Does this have anything to do with Star McLain?

I want to love Gallatin so much. WHY does he have to be the enemy?!? We are dying over here to find out whats going to happen next, and to get just a few more answers to help fill in the gaps. We were unsure coming into this series because we were left with so much unsaid in the first volume. But now...we couldn't imagine Leigh Talbert Moore dragging out the story any other way.  Thank you Leigh !!
