Paisley Bronson has the life many girls want when looking from the outside in. However she struggles with loving herself and knowing what is truly best for her. She had her heart broken to the point that she doesn't trust men anymore. We've all been there before, right? While we can emphasize with her situation many don't build the wall like she has.
Paisley has become a "tag chaser". She finds companionship with military men who are only in town for a short period of time before moving towards their next location. This helps her to keep her needs fulfilled without getting attached and hurt. This all changes when Corbin walks into her life. Paisley starts examining who she is and what she needs/wants in her life. Corbin is dreamy! He is the type of guy that you just don't let walk away. Life is too short for doubting yourself. Is she ready for a relationship though? Enter Tanner...Paisley's guy BFF. Tanner and Paisley go together like peanut butter and jelly. They complete each others thoughts. Know their likes and dislikes and are comfortable together.
Who will she choose? The guy who has been in front of her all of these years or the dreamy guy who she just met? Kandi nails it with this book.
