"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us." - Marianne Williamson

We live in a world of darkness and shadows,
where monsters hide and aim to ruin.
And they did.
They ruined us and turned our dreams into nightmares.
But now we're back.
And we're fighting.
Not just for us, or for each other, but for our light."

Eleventy three stars <3

After everything that happened in the last book, Logan decided that what's best for Amanda was leaving. So, for an year, he joined the Doctors Without Borders. Now it's time to finally come home again and get Amanda once and for all. But one year changes a lot of things and now they're both different people. And what happens if the person you fell in love with, isn't the same person anymore?
“Every morning you have two choices. Continue to sleep with dreams - or - wake up and chase them.”
Amanda’s left with picking up the pieces as Logan leaves on a journey to find himself. Amanda can’t seem to understand why someone you love could just walk away from everything you once shared. She’s also hurting because she’s left with reminders of him everywhere and can’t seem to shake off the nightmares from that awful night. Amanda’s brother Ethan provides his loving support but one thing’s for sure he can’t stand Logan for leaving his sister.

Logan is also an emotional wreck from that tragic night. During his time away he comes to realize that he must face the past in order to move forward. There’s one thing for sure Amanda has always been on his mind. In this book you understand why Logan feels so unworthy of Amanda’s love.
“You know he feels everything, right here. In his heart. And he loves, fiercely with this passion and emotion that's all Logan. Every part of him. He gives you every single piece.”
descriptionWhile Logan owns me, Amanda also has a pretty big piece of my heart. She is such a good person, and she forgave Logan so easily, because it was the right thing to do. She always told him when she was upset with him, it was as if she just wanted to reach into his soul and help him. However, he had some serious issues to work through, so while he realized that his life was so much better with her in it, happiness didn’t come easily. Their journey to finding their way to each other was a roller coaster, but oh so worth every ounce of heartache.

This leads me to the reason this heartache works so well: this book was not just words on a page. Both Logan and Amanda were built up slowly, I got to know them, fall in love with them, become them. I wasn’t thrown all sorts of facts about them from the beginning. Then, when we finally got to find out their secrets, we were sad too. But even when life started turning around, no one ever was magically cured, and that’s what made it so real. There was no quick fix, it was finding happiness in spite of having painful pasts. These characters were whole, real people to me.

Once again.... oh how I love this group of friends... one could only hope to have a close knit group of friends like this. I LOVE drunk Lucy...and i can't wait for her and Cam's story...eeekkkkk !
“Twinkle twinkle little whore, close your legs they're not a door.”
Have to give More Than Him 5 stars!! This book will make you laugh, cry and every other emotion a romance should make you feel. Beautiful broken Logan and amazingly wonderful Amanda have been through so much that you can't help but hope that they find their way back to one another.
